Puyoô (64270) is a town in the Pyrénées Atlantiques, it is a dependency of the arrondissement of Pau (region, administrative division in France) and of the Canton of Orthez ( canton :administrative division). The village is part of the Community of Communes of the Canton of Orthez ( CCCO), which is responsible for the road, rail and waterways network of all the Communes members of the organization, and it also manages since 2002 their land settlement.
Puyoô shines between the Atlantic Ocean, the forest of the Landes and the Pyrenees. In the North of the Village, you will find wooded hillsides adjoining the Forest of the Landes with some towns like Habas, Ossages and Dax. Facing West: the road toward the Basque Country and toward the Landes. East is the direction to Pau and the cities of Ramous, Baigts de Béarn and Orthez. And in the heart of so many landscapes, a village that can be surprising.
